1. Timeliness and reliability

We’ll reply to your initial enquiry within two business days. We’ll turn up to site meetings on time. We’ll email your price estimate within two weeks of meeting with you.

Because we’re always in demand, there will be a waitlist for commencement of your landscaping works. I promise, the wait is worth it. We’ll give you our best wait time estimate and keep in touch while you wait.

Once we commence work on site, your build team will show up on time each day. If weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances prevent us from working on any particular day, we’ll promptly notify you.

2. Communication

We’ll remain transparent, keep in contact, update you regularly and respond promptly to your messages and emails. We’ll never sweep things under the rug or avoid dealing with the tough stuff.

From day one, all our team members will act professionally, responsibly and with respect for your personal and professional needs, safety and privacy.

We source our materials from our most trusted suppliers. We use the most suitable materials for each job and base our material selection on industry best practice.

5. Pricing variations

Pricing variations can occur if your scope of work changes during construction, or something unexpected pops up. If this happens, we’ll discuss the cost implications with you promptly and seek your written approval before proceeding with any extra work.

6. Clean, tidy and safe

Our team members take pride in their appearance and that of their work site. We promise to keep your property as clean and tidy as landscaping will allow. We are safety conscious and perform worksite safety assessments throughout the day. We also work to a strict set of safety standards which are reviewed weekly.

7. You’re covered

Though we are serious about caring for our clients’ property, accidents can happen. This is why we are comprehensively insured.

We are transparent about our legal terms and conditions of trade, which can be viewed any time.

The NZ Consumer Guarantees Act also protects consumers.
